OUR HISTORY
IDP Consulting was founded in 1986 by Paul Sperry to help maximize the benefits of personal computers in corporate America.
From the mid 80’s to the mid 90’s, IDP was responsible for designing and implementing some of the most advanced help desk operations for companies such as American Express, Merrill Lynch, and the Catholic Medical Centers of New York.
Although every client was different, the challenge was the same—create the highest level of support at the most efficient cost.
