IDP Consulting’s Technical Support Center is located domestically in New York. Our support engineers have been carefully selected based on their technical knowledge, communications skills, and customer services capabilities.

Onsite Support Services
Onsite support is provided in two ways—scheduled and emergency response. Although we work diligently at proactively addressing issues before they occur we recognize we cannot catch everything. There will always be a need to troubleshoot and resolve various issues.
Some of these issues can and will be handled by the help desk but others are better dealt with onsite by one of our engineers. That is why we either schedule this time to be onsite managing these types of service requests or have resources available for those unforeseen problems. Our “just-in-time” service model was designed to insure we have the right resources to dispatch to client offices when needed.
